Payment Options
When to Pay
Payment for individual and family coaching sessions is due in full by the time of the scheduled session.
Coaching packages must be paid in full by the time of the first scheduled coaching session in the package.

Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for coaching packages, although requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unused sessions remaining after a coaching package expires are not refundableScheduling & Cancellations
Scheduling Your Sessions
Coaching sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe of the coaching package. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions before the package expires.
The 6-session package expires six months after purchase. The 10-session package expires twelve months after purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Caregiving emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
