Elevate & Relate Group A

Join dementia coach and educator, Kay Adams, LCSW, for a a 7-week group coaching program designed to help us understand our own caregiving brains, so that we can work towards saying goodbye to guilt and self-blame as dementia care partners.
Group Coaching consists of:
- Seven 90-minute group sessions
- Limited to 10 group members
- Dates: Aug. 18, Aug. 25, Sept. 8, Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29 & Oct. 6, 2025
- Time: Mondays from 11:30 am-1:00 pm Mountain Time
- Location: Zoom
