DESCRIPTION:When someone you know is caring for a loved one with dementia in your community or church\, most people want to help—but feel like they don’t know what to do or say. Too often\, good intentions give way to fear\, discomfort\, silence\, or distance—leaving care partners feeling even more isolated and alone\, just when they need support the most. \nThis workshop will provide an overview of dementia and the “long goodbye” care partners often experience. It will move beyond awareness into action.
